Earl of Perigord

Also known as: Count de Perigord · Family: France · Role: lord · First appears: Book 1, Chapter 33

In 1344 at Bergerac, Count de Lisle summoned Earl of Perigord among the French-aligned lords, who assembled their dependants and advanced to defend the river crossing against the English. At Auberoche, he joined the force gathered at Count de Lisle’s summons to besiege the place; he and his uncle Sir Charles de Poitiers rode near the castle walls and taunted those inside about their absent support.

In Chapter 36, the Earl of Perigord was captured in his pavilion at Auberoche.
