Per-Developer

按开发者数量。最常见。

Per-Project

只用一个项目 / 产品里。适合：你只在一条线集成 Rho，其他产品不用。

Source-Code License（一次性）

拿 source code 永久使用 + 自行修改 + 不再受 PolyForm 限制。适合：长期重投入 / 担心 vendor risk。

OEM / Embed License

把 @rho/md 嵌进你的商业产品（你的产品被 license 给最终客户）。

价格按 case 谈——通常 revenue share 或大额一次性 + maintenance fee。

含 license + priority support + SLA + onboarding：

Startup discount

< 10 人 + 未融 series B 的 startup → 30-50% off standard pricing。申请方式：邮件附带最近一次融资材料 / 工商注册。

Multi-year discount

签 2 年合同 → 10-15% off 签 3 年合同 → 20-25% off

Academic / Edu discount（如果你的 use case 跨入商业）

学校做商业化 spinoff、edu 平台收费 → 50% off standard。

Educational instituion volume

大学 system / school district 整体购买 → 60-80% off。

每份 commercial license 包含：

不含（除 Source-Code License）：

❌ source code 访问（除非 source-code license）
❌ 修改后再分发权限
❌ Major version upgrades（v2.0、v3.0 等需续 license）

合同期

默认：1 year
可选 multi-year：2 / 3 year（折扣）
自动续约：默认开启，30 天前 opt-out

付款

可接受：信用卡、银行转账、PayPal
货币：USD（默认）/ CNY / EUR / GBP（按汇率换算）
Net terms：标准 net-30；大客户可谈 net-60

退款

30-day money-back：开通后 30 天内不满意可全额退
30 天后：按剩余月份比例退

订阅默认。一次性付 source-code license 也接受。

Q: 试用期？

是。30-day evaluation 不需付费——直接 npm install stl-md，正式 productize 前付 license 即可。

Q: 如果我们公司倒闭 / 不再用 license——退款？

按剩余月份比例。

Q: 全球分公司是否都受同一 license 覆盖？

是。Per-developer / Per-project license 覆盖全球同一 entity 的所有员工。多 entity 单独算。

Q: OSS 项目用我们公司 commercial license 的 `@rho/md` 间接受益——OK 吗？

是。Commercial license 覆盖你公司开发者使用范围——他们做 OSS 项目也算他们的 work。

Q: 我们公司用 `@rho/md` 但只在测试环境，从不到 production——需 license？

✅ 测试 / eval 环境长期免费。 ⚠️ 如果"测试"延伸成 quasi-production（员工日常使用），算 production。
