Haran
Role: son · First appears: The Preacher Of The True Faith
Terah asked Haran and Abraham to sell his idols, and Haran carried out his father’s wish. When Abraham declared his faith before the fiery furnace, Haran reasoned that his elder brother would be called first; he then declared his own allegiance to Abraham, but was seized by the flames and consumed.
After Haran’s death, his daughter Sarah became Abraham’s wife. Haran was also the father of Lot, who later departed with Terah and Abraham for Haran.
