Pótsoki
Also known as: the Pouter · Role: one of the Kâ´yemashi · First appears: Section 21 · The Birth of the Old-Ones or Ancients of the Kâ´kâ
In Section 21, Síweluhsiwa and Síwiluhsitsa’s twelve children included Pótsoki, one of the Kâ´yemäshi, and his younger brother Ná‘hläshi. Pótsoki is described as laughing and looking bland, though unable to grin; Ná‘hläshi, the biggest of the siblings, had grieved over a younger brother’s capture and looked ancient, yet was also frisky, giggling, and loud.
The children became attendants and fosterers, as well as sages and interpreters of the ancient Kâ´kâ dance-dramas.
