Gershom
Family: Israelite · Role: son of Moses · First appears: Exodus 2
In Exodus 2, Zipporah bore Moses a son, and Moses named him Gershom: “for he said, I have been a stranger in a strange land.” Thus Gershom was the son of Moses and Zipporah.
By Exodus 18, at the wilderness, Jethro brought Zipporah and Moses’ sons, including Eliezer, to Moses: “And Jethro, Moses’ father in law, came with his sons and his wife unto Moses into the wilderness”.
