In “The Healing of the Morrigan · Part 5,” Daire was Mand of Muresc’s father, and Mand was a brother of Fer Diad. Sent by Medb to fight Cuchulainn, Mand wrestled him for a long time and overthrew him three times. Cuchulainn then overthrew Mand against a pillar, killing him.
