Nanna

The Lay of Hyndla names Nokkvi as Nanna’s father. In the Fooling of Gylfe, she is named as the daughter of Nep and the wife of Balder, and as the mother of Forsete.

In the Death of Balder, Nanna dies of grief when she sees Balder’s corpse being borne onto the ship. She sends a kerchief and other gifts to Frigg, and a ring to Fulla.
