the younger woman (Myth 84)
Role: the woman he was about to marry · First appears: Myth 84 · The Man Who Married the Thunder's Sister
In Myth 84, at the old town of Sâkwi'yi, the younger woman was courted by the young warrior, who asked her to marry him and live with her. She replied that her brother, the brother, must first be consulted. Seven nights later, she and the other sister told the warrior their brother agreed and promised to take him home.
After the dance, the sisters left with the warrior around daylight to avoid being followed, leading him by an unfamiliar trail into a creek they said was the road to their house. At their cave at Ugûñ'yi, they told him their brother would soon be home.
