Aetolus

In Apollodorus, Library 1.7, Aetolus is presented as the son of Endymion, with Iphianassa named in the account: “Endymion had by a Naiad nymph or, as some say, by Iphianassa, a son Aetolus”. He slew Apis, son of Phoroneus, and later killed his hosts, Dorus, Laodocus, and Polypoetes. Aetolus married Pronoe, daughter of Phorbus, and they had two sons, Pleuron and Calydon: “Aetolus and Pronoe, daughter of Phorbus, had sons, Pleuron and Calydon”.

In Apollodorus, Library 1.9, Palaemon is described as the son of Hephaestus or of Aetolus.
