Ahikam

Family: Judah · Role: protector · First appears: Jeremiah 26

In Jeremiah 26, Ahikam, son of Shaphan, stood with Jeremiah and protected him from being handed over to the people for execution: “Nevertheless the hand of Ahikam the son of Shaphan was with Jeremiah, that they should not give him into the hand of the people to put him to death.”
