Garraidh
Also known as: Black Garraidh / Garraidh, son of Dolar Dian · Family: Sons of Morna · First appears: The Fianna · Diarmuid and Grania · The Flight from Teamhair · Part 1
In Garraidh’s telling, he and the sons of Morna killed Cumhal, who had banished them to far countries, sending some to Alban, some to dark Lochlann, and some to bright Greece. When they returned to Ireland, Garraidh said, “we killed sixteen hundred men, and no lie in it”.
Later, Finn challenged the sons of Morna, saying he could overcome them without help. Garraidh was the son of Dolar Dian and father of Maighneis, who died.
