Tsuwe'nahi
Family: the Cherokee · Role: a lazy fellow · First appears: Myth 83 · Tsuwe'nahi: A Legend of Pilot Knob
In Myth 83, at Tsuwa`tel'da, the chief welcomed Tsuwe'nahi into his home and offered him hospitality. He showed Tsuwe'nahi the way back to the settlement and told him he could return whenever he wished.
Two days later, Tsuwe'nahi brought the hunter and two girls to the mountain town for its dance. At the next dance in Kanuga, Tsuwe'nahi and the hunter told the people what they had seen at Tsuwatel'da, and the people believed them. After the others fasted for seven days, Tsuwe'nahi came for them and led them to Tsuwatel'da; their friends in the settlement never saw them again.
